DIA Continuing Education

Created to help biopharmaceutical professionals maintain and improve their knowledge and skills, the continuing education program at DIA offers a wide range of options to provide participants with opportunities to find the program that fits their needs.

Earn Continuing Education Credits Online

Thanks to the Internet, it’s now much easier for biopharmaceutical professionals to earn continuing education credits and keep their skills up-to-date. In addition to the hundreds of meetings and training courses DIA sponsors every year, DIA also offers a full range of online learnng programs.

Accredited Continuing Education Programs

DIA’s continuing education program has been approved by a wide range of the leading accrediting bodies that oversee the awarding of continuing education credits. 

European Credits

DIA has been awarded with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom for selected meetings and training courses, such as the EuroMeeting and Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) Forum. Physicians are eligible for these credits.

DIA meetings and training courses are approved by the SwAPP (Swiss Association of Pharmaceutical Professionals) Commission for Professional Development (CPD)  and SGPM (Swiss Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine) and are honoured with credits for pharmaceutical medicine. All meeting and training course participants are eligible for these credits.

Disclosure Policy
 
It is Drug Information Association policy that all faculty participating in continuing education activities must disclose to the program audience (1) any real or apparent conflict(s) of interest related to the content of their presentation and (2) discussions of unlabeled or unapproved uses of drugs or medical devices. Faculty disclosure will be included in the course materials.
